2025: Implementation "1S:UNF 8. Printing 2 "

Pesta Printing Company - one of the oldest packaging and label manufacturers in the Volga region - has implemented the "" system. 1S:UNF 8. Printing 2 Operational planning of production in printed and post-printed areas was organized, and pre-printing management was optimized. The accuracy of material requirements calculation has improved, materials are transferred to production faster, and the inventory in the warehouse has been optimized. The calculation and fulfillment of orders accelerated. Management monitors the work of the divisions in real time. This was 1C announced on July 2, 2025.

PESHTA is a Russian supplier of special types of packaging and packaging solutions for food, cosmetics, perfumes and care products, pharmaceutical and parapharmaceutical products. In addition, the company produces booklets, calendars, packages, corrugated packaging, notebooks and diaries.

Previously, unrelated information systems were used for accounting and management at the enterprise. The company used a production management program, while the tasks of distributing the load to work centers and determining the order sequence were solved using spreadsheets, the list of production operations for each order was compiled manually. Paper reports and operator logs were used to record the actual production of employees and the work they performed, display the used stamps and generate statistics on their production. The sales department worked in the CRM system, but information about accepted and canceled orders was stored in spreadsheets. All this slowed down the work of the units. Information about each order had to be repeatedly entered into different programs and documents, errors occurred, data was lost. It was difficult to plan production and execution of orders. It took a lot of time to prepare analytical reports.

The company began to need an information system that would combine the work of the divisions. It was necessary to ensure prompt monitoring of the performance of tasks at each stage: from the formation of orders by managers to the planning of production and shipment of products to customers. It was necessary to improve the accuracy of scheduling runs, speed up the processing of orders and create a system for coordinating orders with technologists, and ensure the rapid receipt of data on planned and actual indicators.

To implement the tasks set, the industry solution "1S:UNF 8. Printing 2. " The implementation partner was the developer of the system - the company "Armex." The system was deployed at 70 workplaces in Sales, Planning, Procurement and Manufacturing, and directly in the printing shops.

A rationing and settlement system has been created for flexo printing orders. 160 templates have been developed for various types of products, including flexible packaging, self-adhesive labels, tube laminate and IML labels. Automated preparation of quotations and billing. You have set up an order determination chain from the responsible manager to coordinate the selection of inks, forms, printing technology, and other parameters. The total data is output to the electronic routing. The calculation of orders has accelerated, interaction with customers has become more prompt.

Procurement and settlement management is automated. The raw material requirement is calculated on the basis of orders received, taking into account the irreducible balance in the warehouse. Materials are promptly transferred to production units in accordance with the production plan. All this made it possible to optimize the volume of inventory in the warehouse.

Automatic production planning was implemented taking into account the specifics of the printing house. Operational plans are generated based on equipment schedules, including predicted downtime, and visualized as a Gantt chart. When you determine the order sequence, the system calculates the lead time based on the preparatory activities. The discrepancies between the planned and actual indicators have significantly decreased.

The system has created a stamp library that takes into account the actual die yields and calculates their actual speed for further use in order calculations.

Release data, materials used, and manufacturing activities performed are now recorded in the same system. This accelerated the preparation of reports, the management promptly monitors the work of the units.

1C helped improve process management, improve the accuracy of material and resource accounting, and optimize customer engagement. What is very important to us is that automation and the use of templates have reduced the impact of the human factor and the likelihood of errors in calculations and planning, "
