Capital Group has chosen the WorksPad superapp for mobile access to corporate services. Astra Group announced this on July 3, 2025.

The key advantages of WorksPad, which determined the choice of Capital Group, were support, iOS copy control, information stability, an intuitive interface and the ability to remotely work with internal services.

The management of Capital Group decided to import replace the IT service for connecting to corporate mail. Most of the company's employees are constantly on construction sites, often move, and they really need access to internal resources from mobile devices.

After examining the offers on the market, the experts chose the WorksPad software from the RuPost developer. Important factors were the stability of the system, an intuitive and comfortable interface, as well as web access to internal resources so that people easily and quickly get the information they need. In addition, functionality was needed for booking parking spaces, meeting rooms, etc.

In just three months of successful pilot testing of WorksPad, Capital Group decided to acquire licenses for the product and implement it in one of the key divisions. The next two months of experienced operation allowed employees to evaluate the effectiveness and convenience of the new solution in practice. In 2024, the developer implemented a number of important improvements for the customer, after which Capital Group approved the decision on the comprehensive integration of WorksPad for all employees of the company.

As of July 2025, work is underway to increase the number of WorksPad jobs at Capital Group. Most of the work related to the implementation is carried out by the developer's IT service specialists themselves, and this confirms the simplicity and clarity of the product. The project is nearing completion, and by the end of 2025 it is planned to transfer all divisions of the company to WorksPad.
