The manufacturer of data storage systems and virtualization systems "Aerodisk," which is part of the "Aquarius" Group of Companies, has switched to the corporate messenger Compass. To communicate hundreds of employees, the company chose a Russian product with a focus on data protection. This was announced on July 15, 2025 by representatives of the Business Solutions company.

Before switching to domestic service, Aerodisk employees used public user messengers. The company's task was to exclude the transfer of information in open services and transfer communication to the company's local infrastructure. To do this, Aerodisk chose a domestic corporate messenger, which can be installed according to the on-premium model.

As a result, Aerodisk transferred communication to the Compass corporate messenger. A feature of the Russian product is information protection and access control. Data in Compass is encrypted during transmission, as well as when stored on the server and devices. In addition, privacy settings and a separate path for workspace guests allow you to control who gets access to information.

As of July 2025, Compass communicates hundreds of company employees - the Aerodisk team has access to a corporate messenger with chats and channels, video conferencing with the ability to connect 1000 + active participants, as well as integration with third-party services for work.
