2025: Presentation of VMI-PREM
Modern thermal energy metering systems have high requirements for data availability, ease of use and integration with digital platforms. To solve these problems, Teplokom on July 21, 2025 presented a remote display module VMI-PREM - a device that provides remote access to information recorded by the electromagnetic flowmeter PREM.
VMI-PREM is designed for visualization and transmission of measuring information to objects with limited access or remote location. The device is used in boiler houses, pump stations, industrial facilities.
The module can be used as an addition to the pre-installed PREM flowmeters, allowing local display of data through a backlit LCD display, as well as providing wireless access to measurement archives and diagnostics.
Communication interface with PREM - RS-485 (Modbus RTU protocol), which allows you to install an indication module at a distance of up to 500 m. In addition, the current output of 4-20 mA and pulse outputs provide data transmission to upper level systems (APCS) or parallel metering and monitoring devices. Everything is for maximum flexibility in the system. Thanks to the support of the Bluetooth interface, the work of operating personnel is greatly simplified - it is possible to quickly access data directly from a mobile device, including in hard-to-reach areas.
| 'This solution from Teplokom is an additional tool for specialists in the field of heat supply and operation of engineering systems, who need to ensure prompt access to data. The new module is already available for ordering and is easily integrated into existing accounting systems, "said Anton Goltsov, Teplokom product manager. |
