The Russian manufacturer of products of fine organic synthesis and polymer chemistry is implementing a project to introduce a digital educational platform to improve the professional level and safety of plant employees. Traditional training methods no longer meet the high pace of technological progress and production needs. Pigment, together with IT company RELEX, made a strategic decision to switch to a form of training based on advanced digital technologies. RELEX announced this on July 22, 2025.

The platform is a specialized multimedia system developed by RELEX specialists, providing access to educational materials at any convenient time and anywhere. Employees have the opportunity to study electronic reference books, videos, animation diagrams, graphs and tables that clearly demonstrate the features of production processes and equipment devices.

Special attention is paid to the development of specialized educational films that illustrate in detail the assembly, maintenance and operation of complex equipment, which reduces the likelihood of errors and increases the efficiency of specialists.

The head of the digital technology development department of Pigment JSC, Ivan Uglov, stressed the importance of the quality of the educational resources provided: "The information should be reliable, accessible and easily perceived."

The project was implemented using development technologies: software Java 21, TypeScript, React libraries and. databases PostgreSQL The platform is compatible with various versions, operating systems supports the system, authentications Active Directory providing a high level of security and ease of use.

It is expected that the implementation of the platform will significantly reduce the risks of emergencies and increase overall labor productivity. Improving the professional competence of employees helps to strengthen the competitiveness of the enterprise in the global economy.
