2025: Implementation of the Saby platform

SkyTech, an aircraft maintenance company, has implemented the Sabi platform to automate key internal processes. Procurement, personnel document management, time accounting and interaction with counterparties have been transferred to a single digital environment. Tensor announced this on July 24, 2025.

Before implementation, the company did not have a single system for document management. Personnel papers were issued manually, approvals took place according to e-mail and in. The messengers processes were delayed: some employees work in several, airports Moscow so the transfer of documents between sites took several days.

Now internal and external document management is carried out through Saby Docs. Reconciliation routes are configured depending on the condition - purchase amount, subdivision, counterparty status. The IT department of the company independently configures complex scripts through the built-in programming language, and employees of other departments use a visual editor. For example, when purchasing expensive parts, the document is automatically sent for approval to the general director. Positions are cheaper - only to the head of the department.

In addition to the basic functionality, which is configured out of the box, it is possible to use an internal programming language similar to JavaScript. It's very convenient. You can add functionality for yourself - for example, certain triggers. They can notify the right employees before the end of the application, - said Anton Kharkin, head of the IT department.

In parallel, the company automated the accounting of working time. The system is integrated with passageways: timesheets are formed automatically, taking into account shift schedules, vacations and business trips. This is especially true for employees working flexible schedules at multiple production locations.

No additional setup activities were required when implementing MCDS. Everything is displayed in one window: you can see the employee's work schedule - when he came, left, how long he was in the workplace. The data are tied to the time schedule at Saby, said Anton Kharkin, head of the IT department at SkyTech.

Personnel processes transferred to Saby Staff. Applications for vacation, internship and business trips are submitted through a mobile application and processed without paper copies. All data is synchronized with the 1S:ZUP via the ECDE module.

In order to reduce the cost of document delivery and improve the working conditions of employees, the management instructed us to choose a KEDO system. We chose for a long time, but settled on Saby. The result that we got is generally amazing. We also plan to introduce the Saby HRM unit for quick and convenient recruitment, "said Olga Berezkina, a personnel specialist at SkyTech.

As a result, all key processes of SkyTech - from document management to personnel - work in a single digital environment. Timesheets are generated automatically, HR documents are drawn up per day, approval routes are configured without involving contractors. The result is reduced time, reduced errors and increased manageability in a distributed team.
