2025: Implementation of PIX RPA
Baltic"" continues to implement the Russian IT-solutions. The Group IBS has completed a pilot project to automate key business processes Baltika using the platform. PIX RPA The solution made it possible to reduce labor costs, improve the accuracy of operations and simplify interaction trade with networks. The project covers areas relevant for the entire geography of Baltika's presence in. IBS Russia announced this on July 24, 2025.
Baltika needs to adapt business processes to changing business requirements during the operation of the specialized system used. Some of them involved a large number of repeated operations for filling and transferring data, which reduced the convenience of users and increased labor costs.
Together with the Baltika team, key processes for the pilot implementation were identified: processing requests from the sales service for an additional volume of products in the extra period, uploading data from the portals of retail chains, returning containers from retail chains, processing claims.
Within the framework of the project, software robots were created to automate selected operations, a convenient service for interaction between users and robots was developed, and their integration into end-to-end processes was carried out.
| For Baltika, effective interaction with its partners and consumers is a priority. We expect that phased robotization will be an important driver for the transformation of product production and implementation procedures, which will help improve the level of client service at all stages. Together with IBS, we continue to develop the direction and test a new tool - PIX Processes, said Ivan Kanaev, Customer Service Director of Baltika.

| The use of PIX RPA provided the efficiency and lower cost of process optimization. The solution is flexible, due to which you can quickly implement changes in automated functions. We appreciate the trust of the Baltika team and are ready to support the digital transformation of the company in the long term, noted Rostislav Bratukhin, head of robotization and IBS recognition.

As a result, it was possible to fully automate routine operations in the perimeter of the project, which also increased their speed and accuracy. In addition, the use of software robots made it possible to increase the volume of returned containers from retail chains and, as a result, increase revenues from this activity.
During the project, Baltika created a competence center for robotizing business processes, which will ensure the scaling of RPA practice and the introduction of new solutions in the future.
| Cooperation with IBS and Baltika has shown that the implementation of RPA based on the PIX platform can significantly increase the efficiency of business processes in a large production company. We appreciate the partnership and are glad that our decision has become part of an integrated approach to the digital transformation of Baltika, "commented Kirill Serov, Technical Director of PIX Robotics. |
