The CROC company completed the IP telephony system implementation project in Inchkeyp company.
Implementation
The project was executed in two stages. At the first stage specialists of CROC installed and configured the Cisco Call Manager IP telephony system, integrated it with ZOOM Callrec recording system in the new dealer center in St. Petersburg. Further similar works were performed at one of the Moscow offices of Inchkeyp company.
Each stage took less than a month.
