For project implementation of complex automation of FNPTs JSC NPO Mars Purchases a Program and Methodical Complex 1s: Mashinostroyeniye 8 START PLM [1], the license "1C:Enterprise 8" for simultaneous operation of 50 users and additional software licenses for design-technology preparation of production "1C:PDM Management of engineering data 8".

The JSC NPO Mars federal research and production center is the multi-profile scientific and production enterprise performing design, production and support of the automation equipment (automated systems, software and technical means) for needs of Navy of Russia today.

In December, 2010 FNPTs JSC NPO Mars held the tender for delivery of the software solution for complex automation of manufacturing enterprise with difficult technical production.

As a result the enterprise stopped the choice on the program and methodical complex "1C: Mechanical Engineering 8 START of PLM", developed by 1C Company together with Intensive Center "Razdolye". The solution contains all necessary for creation of the modern and effective corporate information system integrating a large number of divisions of engineering enterprise in a common information space:

• management of design-technology preparation of products;
• production management;
• management of fixed assets;
• management of finance
• vendor relationship management (SRM);
• contract management;
• document management;
• purchase management;
• management of a warehouse (stocks);
• management of the relations with buyers (CRM);
• sales management;
• personnel management (HRM).

Now specialists of IT department of FNPTs JSC NPO Mars study and test the software product. As the next stage of the project in FNPTs JSC NPO Mars call creation of conceptual model of an information system.
