2025: Creating a Unified Information Environment
The company Desnol"" completed the project to create a unified information environment using an EAM system 1S:TOIR KORP at the plant TYAZHMASH"," one of the heavy enterprises. mechanical engineering Russia A feature of the project was the development of graphic elements (mnemonic diagrams) that allow you to quickly respond to a malfunction of repair objects in various workshops, as well as see using widgets the state of a particular repair object, the presence of a defect or downtime. Desnol announced this on August 4, 2025.
The plant operates 24/7. In the structure of the company, the service of the chief mechanic (SGM) and the department of the chief power engineer (OGE), which serve more than 2.5 thousand units of equipment, are responsible for the processes of maintenance and repair of equipment. Metal-working machines, crane and power equipment are critical for production. Up to 90% of repairs are carried out by the enterprise, and contractors are involved only for highly specialized or warranty works.
Prior to the start of the project, SGM used a computer-aided process design system. It contained the equipment base, planning and accounting of repairs were carried out, but at the same time there was no transparent analysis and detailing of the costs of commodity and material values (materials) necessary for repair work. OGE data on equipment accounting and repairs were stored in Excel and on paper, on equipment operation indicators - in APCS.
Desnol's solution allowed us to combine all information about equipment and repairs in a single environment. For employees of repair services, special widgets have been created that clearly demonstrate the state of a particular repair object, the dates of the next repairs, the presence of a defect and indicators of equipment operation (pressure and oil temperature). To access the relevant data, graphic diagrams of workshops (mnemonic diagrams) have been developed, on which operators see the serviceability of repair objects and can quickly find the necessary information for each individual equipment by selecting the object on the mnemonic diagram.
The project to create a unified information environment for all repair divisions of TYAZHMASH took 9 months and included several stages: preparation of data for system startup, design and examination, business processes adaptation of the system to customer requirements integration , with existing solutions, full-time training of 30 employees of the enterprise and pilot operation.: 1C ERD KOP is integrated with, TP and AIS Dispatcher ASU , MasterSCADA database which contains information from TP systems, " CAD Warehouse 2008," "Personnel accounting management" and "Procurement management." Such a bundle made it possible to automate the transfer to the KORP 1S:TOIR of directories and documents, data on monitored indicators and condition of equipment, personnel, nomenclature, receipt and write-off of materials.
Thus, comprehensive automation of key MRO management processes was implemented. The EAM solution helped to ensure the centralized accounting of more than 8.7 thousand repair objects, including production, power and lifting equipment. The system contains 734 operations and 101 technical charts. Particular attention is paid to the repair planning unit: a joint project with Desnol made it possible to form a base of standards containing data on materials needs, annual and monthly schedules of preventive maintenance.
Employees of the enterprise can see the actual consumption and write-off of goods, analyze and adjust costs, as well as set minimum balances of goods for prompt replenishment of stocks and timely repair work. The system also introduced the document "Careful Maintenance," which allows you to obtain a comprehensive assessment of the technical condition of the enterprise's equipment. Interpersonal expenses are recorded, statistics on downtime and recurrent defects. In the future, the customer plans to scale the system to other divisions and develop integration with 1C:ERP to further improve the efficiency of production process management.
{{quote 'Previously, in order to fix a simple, it was necessary to prepare three paper documents. The time to prepare such documents was comparable to the time of repair work on downtime lasting four hours. There were no paper documents - time was freed up to carry out repair work directly, - said Nikita Ebel, chief mechanic of Tyazhmash JSC. - The introduction of the KORP 1S:TOIR was an important step in the digitalization of MR processes. The system not only automated routine operations, but also provided tools for analysis, which is important in management decision-making. Integration with our existing systems is especially valuable, which made it possible to avoid duplication of data and increase the efficiency of the chief mechanic service and the chief energy department. }}
