Softline signed the agreement of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement with JSC Nizhny Novgorod Energy Retail Company

The Softline company and JSC Nizhny Novgorod Energy Retail Company signed the agreement of Microsoft Enterprise Agreement Subscription on delivery of a licensed software for more than two hundred fifty computers. The document will allow the customer to rent on profitable terms software, entering an annual payment for its use. The amount of initial contribution was more than $200 thousand.
The Enterprise Agreement Subscription program allows to lease software products of Microsoft and assumes use of licenses during limited validity period. The basic agreement is signed for three years when preserving a possibility of prolongation of the agreement, or redemption of licenses in permanent use further.
The status Microsoft Large Account Reseller allows Softline to work with the large companies (more than two hundred fifty PCs) on special licensing terms and guarantees that the client cooperates only with the certified specialists who not only will consult it concerning the choice of the software, but also will offer the most economic methods of licensing.
The concluded document will allow the client to reduce total cost of ownership of softwares. Payment is made in the form of annual payments that gives the chance of JSC Nizhny Novgorod Energy Retail Company to avoid large one-time investments into acquisition of the software. Standardization on the Microsoft platform leads to significant reducing costs for training and user support. The customer purchases a possibility of use of most current releases of products of Microsoft (Software Assurance). There is no need to trace the used versions that leads to reduction of administrative expenses and unplanned expenditure for acquisition of new versions.
