2025: Implementation of Indeed PAM

Softline (PJSC "Softline") together with the company "Indid" introduced Good Cola at the enterprise - a product for controlling the access of privileged users to the organization's IT systems. As a result, the customer has strengthened the protection of critical data and improved the effectiveness of incident response, as it has a convenient tool for monitoring the actions of employees with expanded powers. Softline announced this on August 6, 2025.

The customer is a company that develops such beverage brands as Dobry, Pulpy and others. The enterprise implements an integrated approach to ensuring the protection of IT infrastructure, within which it was necessary to select and implement domestic software for controlling privileged access.

Softline Group of companies specialists studied the customer's requirements for the system and analyzed the products on the market. The best option for cost and functionality is Indeed PAM. With it, the customer ensures the protection of privileged accounts, audit the work of administrators and control the access of contractors.

Indeed PAM records and audits all actions that employees and third-party contractors take as part of privileged sessions. In this case, all privileged users, before accessing target resources (servers, devices and applications), undergo mandatory two-factor authentication.

The Softline Group of companies team implemented a pilot project, organized the supply of software and performed a full-scale implementation of Indeed PAM. The system has been put into operation. As of August 2025, Softline Group of Companies provides the customer with extended technical support for the system, providing a wide range of services - from consultations to administration and maintenance of its operation.

The demand for PAM class systems among domestic customers has grown in recent years both against the background of import substitution and due to the growth of cyber threats.
