Avtomir Group of Companies has automated some of the communication processes with customers of the company's service centers using a robot operator from VS Robotics, which announced this on August 7, 2025.

Even at the stage of the pilot project, in which the robot operator made calls to the company's customers to confirm the entry to the service center, the readiness of customers to communicate with the robot was recorded in 100% of cases. As a result of testing, the functionality of the robot was expanded with additional scripts, including inviting customers to tire fitting and informing owners of post-warranty cars about special terms of service.

The result of the conversation is automatically recorded in the CRM system along with the transcription of the conversation. And in cases where it is necessary to continue the dialogue with a person, a task is automatically planned for the service consultant. The system allows you to make more outgoing calls in less time (without reducing the efficiency of communications) and significantly unload the service consultants: calculations show that now 20% of all service traffic is transmitted from a person to a robot.
