2025: Appointment as CEO of one of the largest cheese producers in the Russian Federation "Viola "

On August 1, 2025, Alexey Gavrisin took over as general director of one of the largest cheese producers in Russia, Viola. In this position, he replaced Anton Lilenko, who headed the company since December 2023.

It is noted that Gavrisin has rich experience in the FMCG segment (consumer goods). He is also the general director of the Pavlovskaya Sloboda meat processing plant. The latter belongs to Raisa Demina, who owns Danir LLC. After the appointment of Gavrisin to the post of general director of Viola, Lilenko will continue to work as the executive director of the company and, as before, will be responsible for all operating activities.

In connection with the formed geopolitical situation, the Finnish dairy concern Valio in 2022 sold its business in Russia to the meat producer Velkom Group of Companies (the beneficiary is Demina). The deal included a plant for the production of processed and semi-solid cheeses in the Moscow region and the rights to the brand of processed cheeses Viola. In October 2022, the company changed its name from Valio LLC to Viola LLC, after which Danir LLC became its owner. As part of the rebranding, Valio and Oltermanni cheeses were replaced by Viola and Laplandia products.^[1]
