First Bit completed a project to implement a corporate HR management system for Petrovich STD. This "First Bit" reported on August 14, 2025.

The implementation of the solution based on 1C: Payroll and HR Management KORP made it possible to automate personnel accounting and payroll for 8500 employees, reduce operating costs by 10% and accelerate reporting by 30%.

Before the start of the project, the company used an outdated version of the system that did not meet the requirements. The calculation of wages, especially complex bonus schemes, required significant manual labor. Data for premiums were collected from a variety of sources, including time and attendance systems, accounting platforms and CRM, which increased the risk of errors and markedly slowed down the process.

The implemented solution ensured the complete automation of personnel processes and calculations. A unique award designer has been developed that allows you to flexibly set up calculation formulas for different categories of employees. The system was also integrated with ten internal services of the company, which eliminated the need for manual data entry.
