2025: Creating Space for Conferences and Corporate Events

STEP LOGIC has designed and implemented a multi-functional conference and corporate event space in the office of Positive Technologies. This project reflects a trend towards the transformation of meeting rooms into communication hubs. The multimedia complex supports technologies for wireless presentation output, automatic camera insertion and multithreaded content broadcast to the network. The "heart" of the multimedia complex is an integrated control system, which consists of a head controller and tablets. STEP LOGIC experts have developed software and a graphical interface tailored to the corporate style of the customer. You can turn on the screen, switch video sources, adjust the volume, lighting or climate in the room "one touch" from the tablet screen.

In the meeting room, experts installed a 160-inch LED media screen, which provides seamless segment docking and a smooth surface due to the use of innovative LED placement technology.

The equipment of the complex is integrated with domestic platforms. The AEROSPACE FORCES project uses robotic cameras with automatic guidance function and. face recognition The speaker during the speech can freely move around the hall, and the camera will keep him in the frame.

The speaker system is equipped with column-type front speakers on both sides of the screen and suspended speakers on the ceiling. Experts have selected the devices in such a way that ceiling speaker systems are built into the interior and repeat the shape of suspended lamps. This arrangement of speakers ensures sound uniformity and a high speech intelligibility index, which creates a presence effect. During the speech, the speaker can be located behind the podium, or freely move around the hall with a hand-held radio microphone or headset.
