On March 13, 2017 company CDC announced continuation of automation of the project of processes of mobile trade in JSC Corporate Trading House Tsaritsyno.

Project Progress

FTD "Tsaritsyno" in 2010 automated work of sales representatives of Moscow and the Moscow region based on the Optimum of ASUMT system. Automation not only increased efficiency of sales representatives, but also significantly accelerated document flow, minimized an error probability at order placement.

In 2014 sales representatives passed to modern Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 tablets instead of outdated smartphones on Windows Mobile OS. A year later in the company implemented the Optimum the Booth — the system of remote control of applications and settings on tablets which excluded inappropriate use of mobile devices in working time.

In May, 2016 JSC FTD Tsaritsyno automated work of sales representatives who service trading houses of the company in St. Petersburg, Bryansk and Yekaterinburg. Also more than 100 employees of regional distributors of the company were connected to the Optimum system.

The corporate trading house "Tsaritsyno" implements solutions of CDC Group on the OPTIMUM platform for business process automation of mobile trade and gps-monitoring of sales representatives.

Before the project

Recently, in connection with increase in volumes of retail, sharply there was an issue of automation of sales representatives and control of their activity. According to the director of JSC FTD Tsaritsyno A.V. Rodionov, a choice was made for benefit of the solution of CDC Group on a number of objective indicators.

Solution

After integration of software the OPTIMUM with the corporate accounting system of Microsoft Dynamics AX the automation equipment provided the sales representatives collecting supply requisitions of products (business process of pre selling) using smartphones based on MicrosoftWindows Mobile OS.

Control of activity of mobile personnel is based on the analysis of location of employees which is defined by the built-in GPS modules of smartphones. To a geographic information system the OPTIMUM of GIS of coordinate is given on channels of cellular communication.

Result

As a result of the implementing solutions OPTIMUM holding time of outlets decreased, the quantity increased and the quality of the collected information improved. Besides, document flow between sales representatives and the accounting system is made in real time. ASUMT of OPTIMUM completely meets the requirements of the company to the software for automation of mobile trade, Mr. Rodionov considers.
