Madrigal OIS automated the business of the CFA operator with the support of Diasoft

Madrigal OIS and Diasoft have completed a project to automate the business processes of an information system operator (OIS) responsible for the production, accounting and circulation of digital financial assets (CFA). To implement this task, the Digital Q.DFA solution was chosen, which allows you to automate operations with any type of CFA, including hybrid digital rights. Diasoft announced this on August 18, 2025.

The key feature of the project was the passage of MADRIGAL OIS together with Diasoft employees of an on-site audit of the Bank of Russia in Rostov-on-Don, as a result of which MADRIGAL OIS was included in the register of information system operators.

The project was implemented in several stages. At the initial stage of the project, a survey of the customer's business processes was carried out, a target architecture was designed, and a test program and methodology (PI) was agreed. Further, the rules of the OIS and other related documents were adapted to the peculiarities of the customer's business necessary for submitting an application for inclusion in the OIS Register. The OIC rules were approved by the Director General of MADRIGAL OIS and agreed by the Bank of Russia. In parallel with the coordination of the OIS rules, the solution "Digital Financial Assets" from Diasoft was deployed and configured in MADRIGAL OIS's own infrastructure. The solution includes personal accounts for investors and issuers-clients of OIS, as well as the back-office product "Issue and management of CFA" for the work of OIS employees.

During the project, a distributed registry platform was deployed and configured on Digital Q.BlockChain which the business solution operates. The platform provides high security data through private channels and SHA-256 hashing algorithms, which allows you to speed up transaction processing and ensure the consistency of the distributed registry. The solution is fully deployed on its own servers MADRIGAL OIS and includes several distributed registry nodes, with an architecture that provides the ability to distribute nodes in the cloud if necessary.

At the final stage of the MADRIGAL OIS project, with the support of Diasoft, he demonstrated the business strategy and software to the Bank of Russia, paying special attention to the compliance of the IT solution with the requirements of legislation and modern technological standards. Despite the high requirements for the safety, integrity, validation and reliability of data storage, MADRIGAL OIS successfully passed a number of inspections and was included by the Bank of Russia in the OIS register.

Within the framework of the project with MADRIGAL OIS, we were faced with the task of comprehensive automation of the activities of the operator of the CFA information system. Despite the fact that the CFA market is developing and the legislation is constantly improving, we were able to provide the customer with an import-independent solution in the microservice architecture on the modern technological stack, fully complying with the legislation and requirements for digital transformation, as well as apply our expertise in the field of financial markets and accounting for classical financial instruments. The experience gained made it possible to improve the Digital Financial Assets (Digital Q.DFA) solution, which provides opportunities to automate all processes with different types of CFA, and expand its application for upcoming projects. said Yulia Osipova, head of the product department "Trading operations in financial markets" of Diasoft.
