2025: Implementation of Sherpa RPA
Arctic LNG 2 has completed a large-scale project to introduce intelligent warehouse robotization using the domestic Sherpa RPA platform. In the Far North, where every detail decides the fate of the production process, flawless warehouse logistics become the key to uninterrupted operation of the entire enterprise. Sherpa Robotics announced this on August 21, 2025.
To ensure the day-to-day operations of the LNG plant, employees need to maintain up-to-date information on material and technical resources (M&A), which allows accurate planning of equipment maintenance and repair
Before the implementation of robotization, personnel had to manually duplicate operations between systems, which created additional load and increased the risk of input errors. data
Now Sherpa RPA software robots automatically track all warehouse operations in the 1C:ERP system and instantly transfer them to the enterprise management system. When new materials are received, the robot processes the delivery information to determine specific batches and creates correct records in the target system, taking into account all analytical data.
When distributing materials from a warehouse and between storage facilities, the digital employee creates the necessary documents on his own. The robot system performs a full reconciliation of residues between systems on a daily basis, creating corrective records to maintain accuracy. warehousing
The introduction of Sherpa RPA made it possible to eliminate manual duplication of operations between systems and improve the accuracy of M&E accounting for effective equipment maintenance planning. It is especially valuable to use domestic software that provides a high level of security.
