Education

Evgeny Bologov graduated from VyatSU with a degree in Infocommunication Technologies and Communication Systems, as well as the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration with a degree in Strategic Management of Socio-Economic Development of the Territory.

Career

2022-2024

Evgeny Bologov worked at K.R.I.K. JSC as the head of the information and technical support service. Engaged in volunteer activities. Known as an activist of the public organization "Young Guard" "United Russia."

Twice put forward his candidacy in the elections. In 2022 - in the elections of deputies of the Oryol City Duma, in 2023 he participated in the elections of deputies of the Kirov City Duma of the VII convocation.

In January 2024, under the United Russia party, Bologov was appointed regional coordinator of the Digital Russia project.

In May 2024, Yevgeny Bologov was appointed Deputy Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the Kirov Region.

2025: Care for SVO

In mid-August 2025, Deputy Minister of Information Technologies and Communications of the Kirov Region Yevgeny Bologov signed a contract with the Ministry of Defense of the Russian Federation to go to the zone of a special military operation (SVO). This was announced at the end of August 2025 by the governor of the region, Alexander Sokolov.

According to him, Yevgeny Bologov will serve as part of a volunteer formation. At the same time, the workplace for the official during his service will be saved.
