2024: Transition from SAP CRM to Bitrix24

ALYUTECH Group of Companies is a leading manufacturer of aluminum profile systems in the CIS, one of the leaders in the market of roll systems and sectional gates in Europe. The holding unites 5 production enterprises and more than 20 sales companies in Belarus, Russia, Austria, the Czech Republic and other countries.

Project objectives

The main goal was to transfer the usual logic of the work of employees from SAP CRM to. Bitriks24 Our specialists had to set up the funnels necessary for work, business implement automatic distribution of leads and the system of their subsequent qualification, strictly distinguish between access rights and much more.

Tasks

In the process of joint work, the tasks were also set:

  • Import business data from SAP CRM
  • ensure integration with third-party systems and services involved in the company's work;
  • Display up-to-date employee performance indicators.
  • Realize the ability to transfer leads and transactions to another employee in case of vacation or illness.

Progress

The first phase was to move the existing system to Bitrix24. Over 9 months, we have developed, documented and implemented a complete analogue of the previous functionality.

At the second stage, we significantly expanded the functionality of the system: we introduced personalized analytics dashboards: ordinary employees see only their indicators, and managers can analyze data both throughout the department and for each subordinate separately. Secondly, they implemented a system of automatic delegation of tasks, which allows you to temporarily transfer leads, transactions and tasks to other employees for a specified period with the ability to automatically return unfinished tasks to the owner - this is especially useful for vacations, illnesses or layoffs. Thirdly, they developed a motivation system through color cards.

Thanks to the operational work of our team, the company successfully switched to Bitrix24 before the end of the license SAP CRM without losing business days.
