2025: Discovery

The construction of the Kraski shopping and entertainment center with a total area of ​ ​ over 60 thousand square meters in the Nekrasovka area has been completed in the capital. The object is located at the intersection of Pokrovskaya and Rozhdestvenskaya streets within walking distance from the metro station of the same name. The completion of construction work was announced by the Minister of the Government of Moscow, the head of the Department of Urban Planning Policy of the capital Vladislav Ovchinsky in mid-August 2025. Earlier it was reported that investments in the project will amount to ₽3,4 billion.

According to the portal of the mayor of Moscow, the shopping complex includes four ground levels, which house entertainment areas, retail premises, catering establishments and a food court. The underground floor and the surrounding area are reserved for a parking lot with a total capacity of 387 parking spaces.

Shopping center "Paints"

The developer has equipped 46 parking spaces for the transport of people with disabilities. The entrance to the building is organized through three entrances located at ground level to ensure unhindered access for all categories of visitors. The facade of the building is made with the use of metal-cassette panels and stained glass glazing.

The area adjacent to the shopping center is landscaped with flower beds, perennial herbs and tree plantations. A recreational area has been created with a walking alley, an amphitheater and places to relax.

Anatoly Garbuzov, Minister of the Moscow Government, Head of the Department of Investment and Industrial Policy, noted that the project was implemented as part of a program to stimulate the creation of places for the application of labor, operating in the capital since 2020. According to him, the shopping center provided over 1.6 thousand new jobs and became a significant contribution to the development of the urban infrastructure of the district.[1]
