Inclusion in the register of domestic software

Norbit HRM entered the register of domestic software. The status confirms the compliance of the platform with the technological standards and requirements of the regulator. Now Russian companies, relying on a sustainable and mature solution, will be able to launch digital HR management, increasing the efficiency of selecting, retaining talents, as well as counteracting the washing out of expertise. Norbit announced this on September 25, 2025.

Norbit HRM is a corporate HR platform that allows you to search for employees en masse, for certain and even point requirements, reduces the burden on HR and simplifies management and reporting processes. The system implements an end-to-end process - from application and placement of a vacancy to hiring (including checking by the security service and issuing an offer). The product was created on the basis of the domestic low-code platform BPMSoft and has a modular structure. Norbit introduced its own Norbit HRM key HR process automation product on August 27, 2025. The comprehensive system provides a full recruitment cycle from selection application to employment. The solution accelerates and simplifies the search for specialists, increases competitiveness in the fight for talent and helps retain valuable employees, minimizing personnel turnover and loss of expertise.

On the basis of Norbit HRM, companies from different industries will be able to fully digitalize the management of human resources. The product was created on the BPMSoft platform with the participation of NORBIT HR practice experts. The solution has a modular structure and allows you to quickly adapt the system to the tasks of a specific business, and a development team is not required for configuration.

Norbit HRM fully automates the selection process, which includes not only the HR department. Recruiters have access to tools for mass work with candidates, parsing, filtering, customizable funnels. Hiring managers have the opportunity to agree on an application, rate or write a comment both in the system itself and through an email. Employees of the security service and the compensation and benefits department are connected at separate stages.

Norbit HRM integrates with other internal and external systems: most online recruiting platforms, instant messengers, calendars and mail, PBXs, video conferencing services. All information on interaction with the candidate and customer is saved, if necessary, you can contact it to clarify the status or launch additional activities.
