Biography

Victor Charayev was born on March 17, 1978 in the city of Meleuz of Bashkir ASSR. In 2000 he graduated from the Ufa state aerotechnical university majoring in of "Technology of mechanical engineering".

Charayev came to Huawei in 2001. He consistently held positions of the manager of department of optical systems of communication, the manager of development department of business (Nizhny Novgorod), the associate director of the Volga region representative office. In March, 2008 Victor Charayev becomes the director of the Volga region branch of regional department of Huawei of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus.

In March, 2011 Victor Charayev is appointed to the position of the director of the Central representative office of Regional department of Huawei of Russia, Ukraine and Belarus. He also reserved a position of the associate director of department on work with key clients on the direction Svyazinvest and Rostelecom which he occupies since spring of 2010, and will continue to develop the relations with the operators entering into Rostelecom consolidated company.

Questions of coordination of business of the company in the territory of Central Federal District include the field of activity of Victor Charayev. Among the main objectives facing it at a new position - preserving of the leading positions and entry of the company into the new markets; implementation of the latest technologies which are available today in the industry of telecommunications; strengthening and development of the relations with key partners and customers.

Victor Charayev is married, brings up the son and the daughter. He is fond of diving, fishing and hunting.
