Specialists of Softline company completed the complex project of upgrade of IT infrastructure of Hanty-Mansiyskdorstroy holding on platforms in Surgut, Khanty-Mansiysk and Nefteyugansk.
To the project
In process of development the organization customer faced scale-up problems of operating costs of IT infrastructure and a low performance of use of some IT services. Besides, it was required to lower material costs on interaction of staff of different divisions and to provide a possibility of communication of employees in real time.
For work on upgrade of key IT services and implementation of the communication solution the Softline company was selected.
Solution
Project implementation happened in several stages: express inspection of IT systems of the customer; the implementing solution Forefront Threat Management Gateway 2010 (TMG), setup of safe Internet connection between three offices, scaling of a directory service of the Active Directory and the Microsoft Exchange Server 2010 mail server; installation and setup of the communication solution Office Communication Server 2007 R2 (OCS).
All works within this project were performed by engineers of the company far off, without cutomer visit. It allowed to reduce temporary and monetary costs without decline in quality of works.

"Complex deployment of solutions of Microsoft by forces of specialists of Softline company allowed to achieve a main goal – to increase efficiency of IT infrastructure of our company. At the same time operating costs were reduced, the security level at Internet connection is raised and work of a mail service is stabilized. System implementation of communications of OCS opened before the staff of the company ample opportunities on the organization of joint work: instant messaging, carrying out audio-, video conferences with a large number of participants, display of a presence status of the employee and his employment. Costs for interaction of staff of different divisions were as a result reduced and decision making process is accelerated", – Alexander Pokatilenko, the head of department of an ACS of JSC Hanty-Mansiyskdorstroy told.

Key results of works – increase in efficiency of IT systems of the enterprise, decrease in operating costs, improvement of quality of communications between employees.
