2025: Electronic Queue Implementation

The project to introduce the Neuroniq electronic queue at the Bukhara State Pedagogical Institute made it possible to solve the set goals for automating the management of student flows. This Technology of the Future was reported on September 5, 2025.

The main goals of the introduction of the Neuroniq electronic queue at the institute are:

  • Replacement of the existing service system based on the "live" queue, which did not provide the possibility of comprehensive information and analytical support for service processes.
  • Reducing the time spent by applicants and students to receive services.
  • A fundamental change in the atmosphere of waiting for the provision of the service, the ability to freely manage your time instead of standing in line.
  • Increasing the efficiency of work and productivity of employees of the Institute due to the uniform distribution of the load during the working day.
  • Implementation of a comprehensive approach to the organization of reception, development of uniform requirements for the quality of reception.
  • Ensuring prompt monitoring of the process of admission and service of applicants and students and collection of statistical information.

The installed Neuroniq software consists of the following modules: "Server Administrator," "Registrar," "Alert Room," "Hall Administrator" and "Electronic Signage," they allow you to effectively organize work with the queue.

The statistical data collection module allows you to analyze the work of the department: control the workload of personnel, track waiting and service times, and identify the most demanded services. The information provided can be used to take measures to further improve the service and increase the throughput of the institute.

Now applicants and students who have chosen the desired service, in the interface of the electronic queue terminal, are served by 19 workplaces, where TON-MR110-RE operator LED boards are used to call the desired specialist.
