TNK-Yaroslavl upgrades a contracted work by a new solution of EDMS

Automating a contracted work in subsidiary companies TNK-BP, the companies I-Teco also Tanais completed the draft of the standard solution in the company TNK-Yaroslavl.

Task

The project was necessary in connection with heterogeneity of the accounting information systems applied in affiliated enterprises of the customer and in particular - TNK-Yaroslavl.

Solution

In August, 2010 works in the project are begun. The companies carried out a complex of works on replication of a template, including setup of a system under operating activities of child structures of TNK-BP on the basis of data of the gap-analysis executed by the customer, test operation.

Results

The solution "The Processing and Trade template based on the DIRECTUM system helped with creation of a common information space of storage and operational work with contractual documentation.

All necessary information which is in different reference books of a system is consolidated in a uniform electronic card according to the regulatory base of contracting of the company. The implemented solution on document flow of agreements became a part of information space of TNK-BP company.

Opinion

The manager of projects of Tanais company Pyotr Bogachyov reported, in particular: "Document flow in large holdings, as a rule, has huge scales. The set of agreements is signed with different suppliers and partners – from local to international, are approved at the different levels – from heads of divisions before the highest top management. Transfer of this work to electronic level does process of preparation of agreements more convenient, is more transparent and, of course, more quickly. Users of a system can find the most complete information at any moment about this or that agreement in what status now work on its project and at what level it undergoes approval".
