The insurance company AlfaStrakhovanie stopped using the American online platform Miro for joint work and switched to a domestic service Holst as part of the implementation of initiatives to switch to Russian information systems. The migration was completed in four weeks, with about 500 company employees connected to the new platform. This was reported by the press service of the AlfaStrakhovanie group in mid-September 2025.

The Russian Holst platform is actively used as a creative space for brainstorming, planning and visualizing ideas. Various employees involved in the production of new business products of the insurance company gained access to the system.

Development Director of AlfaStrakhovanie Anton Isanin noted that the company actively used Miro and had a significant amount of useful content there that it did not want to lose. According to him, the choice fell on Holst thanks to the well-developed functionality of importing boards and other materials from the American platform.

Isanin emphasized the importance of the graphic design of the platform, its ergonomics and ease of use. He noted that this is a means of collaboration, so employees should be pleased to work in a beautiful interface. The development director described Holst as a high-quality solution in the Russian market, capable of competing with Miro.

The migration process to the domestic platform took one month. In the first few months of operation of the new system, no incidents with platform availability were recorded. The company also has no complaints about the functional content of its Russian counterpart.

Holst co-founder Viktor Yudin emphasized the importance of team involvement during development, especially for such a major player as AlfaStrakhovanie. According to him, thanks to the well-thought-out interface of online boards, the teams have a lower error rate, and the quality of solution development is growing.[1]
