MTS PJSC, digital ecosystem, and MTS Link, a platform for online communications, training and collaboration, on September 17, 2025 presented a comprehensive business product "Communications 360." The Communication 360 product includes annual access to communication and collaboration services from MTS Link (Meetings, Chats and Boards), as well as subscriber numbers from MTS with access to the Smart Business M tariff. In MTS Link services, an AI assistant is available to users without additional costs, which helps to better structure online communication: gives a summary of unread messages, sums up meetings, reminds of tasks, immerses in the context of past meetings and correspondence.
One of three packages is available to small and medium-sized businesses: Light (for small teams, includes 5 MTS Link licenses and up to 5 MTS subscriber numbers), Medium (10 licenses and up to 10 numbers) and Super (20 licenses and up to 20 numbers), individual tariff configurations are also possible. Depending on the option chosen, small and medium-sized businesses in Moscow save from 38 to 153 thousand rubles a year.
