2025: Implementation of the Saby platform
Shaklin, one of the Russian suppliers of medical equipment and consumables, has automated document management using the Saby platform. Digitalization covered key areas: deliveries, interaction with counterparties, reporting to the Federal Tax Service and product labeling. Tensor announced this on September 16, 2025.
Before the implementation of Saby, the company used separate systems for reporting, checking counterparties and sending documents. The information was duplicated, transaction contexts were lost, some of the operations were performed manually. This slowed down logistics, increased the risks of errors and delays.
Now all processes are combined into a single digital environment. Accounting is maintained in 1C, and the external processing module from Saby allows you to send, receive and sign documents directly in the usual system. Support for MFD, UPD, invoices, acts and non-standard formats - for example, shipping orders - has been introduced.

Work with marking and the Honest Sign system is automated. Before shipping, documents receive the status "Warehouse Confirmation" and "Out of Stock," notifications are sent to managers. This accelerates logistics and simplifies shipment control.
Additionally, the modules of traceability of imported products, "Superverka" for reconciliation of tax data and verification of counterparties for reliability were implemented.
