Prosveshchenie Group of Companies (Prosveshchenie Publishing House JSC) is a Russian holding company operating since 1930. The publishing house provides 30 thousand integrated products for education, development and leisure, including materials for teachers and parents, services for students and solutions for schools.

In order to improve the management efficiency of the holding, the management initiated a project for the transition to a single modern platform "1C:Enterprise 8." According to the results of the tender, the general contractor chose the central office of 1C-Rarus in Moscow. The subcontractors on the project were the company's offices in Nizhny Novgorod, Kazan and Chelyabinsk.

The project team developed tools adapted to the features of a large publishing holding: from scratch, a direct production cost accounting unit was created, a scenario analysis of management reporting was implemented, automated workplaces were created that took into account the specifics of accounting.

Exchange with 1C: Payroll and HR Management has been set up, as well as integrations with a foreign ERP system (until the complete transition to 1C:ERP from January 1, 2026), CRM and WMS systems, an online store, systems of transport companies, 1C:ITIL and editorial system have been implemented.

Key project results:

1. 3.5 times reduced the time for calculating direct production costs - from 14 to 4 hours due to the modern architecture of the 1C:ERP solution and the consolidation of analytics by departments.

4. The speed of reporting on the Central Federal District and projects increased by 80% due to scenario analysis of reporting and optimization of the process of reflecting operations.

We have completed the implementation of 1C: Corporation solutions for various areas of the group of companies, including printing, digital products, games and equipment. Procurement and sales processes have been improved, regulated accounting has been set up for three legal entities of the publishing house.
