UEC has implemented a Russian database management system from Sber Tech

2025: Implementation of Platform V Pangolin DB

The United Engine Corporation began to use a solution from Sber Tech at the Moscow enterprise UEC-Salyut - a database management system (DMS). Now the high-load 1C:ERP system is provided by the Russian product - Platform V Pangolin DB. This was announced by Sber Tech on September 23, 2025.

The implementation of the Russian Platform V Pangolin DB DBMS ensures high efficiency of the 1C:ERP ERP system. With its help, employees keep inventory records, control the processes of purchasing and issuing materials, and form production orders. As of September 2025, the ERP system UEC-Salyut serves about 3,300 users, provides storage of more than 13 million documents and performs up to 37,000 operations per day.

To ensure the effective execution of tasks in high-load conditions, the Sber Tech and UEC-Salyut modified the DBMS, point-tuned the server equipment, and modified some of the 1C:ERP subsystems. After stress testing, the introduction of DBMS into the IT landscape of the enterprise passed quickly and unnoticed by users.

The Russian decision ensured compliance with all the necessary work and service regulations.
