The entire electronic document flow of the Federal Property Management Agency has been transferred to the Aurora OS and tablet management

Federal Agency for State Property Management fully completed a large-scale migration project electronic document management to the domestic operating system "Aurora" with the simultaneous transfer of all territorial bodies of the department to work with tablet devices running this OS. As part of the digital transformation project, 300 mobile devices were commissioned, which provide a full cycle of working with documents in a secure information environment. The completion of the introduction of domestic software became known in September 2025.

According to the press service of the Federal Property Management Agency, all tablet devices are manufactured by the Russian companies Aquarius and Fplus. The equipment receives regular system updates and is subject to centralized administration through the specialized Aurora Center platform deployed on the server infrastructure of the Federal Property Management Agency.

The Aurora operating system meets the strict information security requirements established for government agencies. Certified software is approved for use in state information systems, personal data processing systems, automated production process management systems and critical information infrastructure facilities.

Aleksey Galatenko, Deputy Head of the Federal Property and Digital Development Register Department of the Federal Property Management Agency, stressed that the transition to the Aurora operating system was carried out quickly and without technical difficulties. According to him, the department's electronic document management system was adapted for functioning on the domestic OS in advance.^[1]
