Integration with the solution "1C: Pharmacy network management "
JSC "Center for the Development of Electronic Trading" (operator of a specialized platform for competitive purchases of pharmacy chains "Farmika") and LLC "OKSi" (developer of the "1C: Pharmacy Network Management" system) on December 3, 2025 announced the integration of digital solutions. This functional circuit combines the automation of accounting and formation of orders with competitive procurement tools, providing pharmacy chains with a single supply management process.
Integration has become part of the Pharmika platform development strategy, which provides for phased connection to leading pharmacy network management systems. One of the key solutions on the market is 1C: Pharmacy Chain Management, developed by OKSIS.
The Avtozorkaz module, created by OKSIS to automatically generate demand for the product, initially includes built-in support for the Pharmika platform. The module takes into account the shelf life of drugs, sales dynamics, seasonality and other parameters, which allows you to form optimal purchase lots.
Pharmacy chains using the Avtozakaz module can connect to Pharmika at no additional cost as part of a standard installation. This ensures the possibility of switching to competitive purchases and reduces purchase prices due to the trading mechanisms of the platform.

The companies also plan joint events for users of 1C solutions, training webinars, methodological materials and expanded consulting support.

Integration of Pharmika and 1C: Pharmacy Network Management solutions simplifies procurement processes, improves planning accuracy, reduces operational costs and increases the transparency of procurement procedures. The combined solution allows pharmacy chains to use automation and competitive trading tools in a single technological circuit, which contributes to increased management efficiency and business profitability.
Integration with PC "Support"
JSC "Center for the Development of Electronic Trading" (operator of a specialized platform for competitive purchases of pharmacy chains "Farmika") and LLC "Pharmbazis" (operator of PC "OPORA") on November 14, 2025 announced the integration of their digital solutions. Integration will allow pharmacies to work with a full procurement cycle - from application formation to in-depth analytics - in a single interface.
The joint solution is a ready-made tool for improving the procurement efficiency of pharmacy chains. The Pharmika platform receives consolidated applications, product directories of pharmacy chains and price lists of suppliers from the OPORA system and conducts competitive tenders, based on the results of which final invoices with optimized prices are formed. This data is then returned back to the network management system. Thanks to this integrated solution, pharmacy chains receive a number of significant advantages:
- lower purchase prices, faster procurement and lower defectedness;
- Reduce reporting time, automate sales analytics and balances
- Increased inventory turnover;
- Optimizing assortment and margins by identifying inefficient positions;
- reducing overstocking and delinquency losses, as well as excess purchases.
| The integration of Pharmika with the OPORA software complex is an expected and logical step towards creating a transparent procurement system for pharmacy chains. We are confident that the unification of the consolidated application and the provision of a single data source will allow our customers to significantly optimize their operating and financial performance, freeing up resources for business development and service improvement for the end consumer. " said the head of the Pharmika platform Dmitry Sytin.

Pharmacy chains can quickly start working with the Pharmika platform, having previously informed distributors. The requirements for the infrastructure of pharmacy chains are minimal, since both platforms are cloud services (SaaS). The pharmacy chain does not require any additional settings: the transition to this solution is as simplified as possible for users. After the connection, all the required data is automatically uploaded to Pharma, and users can immediately start working, without additional preparation or costs to the IT infrastructure. The frequency of data synchronization is adjusted according to the needs of pharmacy chains and can be carried out daily or several times a day.
| We aimed to make the implementation process as simple as possible. Pharmacy chains do not need complex settings - a fairly stable Internet connection and existing personal accounts. All data is automatically synchronized, which saves time and resources. By joining forces with Pharma, we provide pharmacy chains with a powerful tool to optimize purchases, and this is a significant step forward for the entire pharmaceutical industry, noted Artem Strogovshchikov, Director of the Production and Development Department of Pharmbazis LLC.

The test results showed that thanks to the integration, the procurement cycle was significantly reduced. Due to competitive bidding, the final prices were reduced by several percent relative to the initial price lists of distributors.
The ease of implementation, minimal infrastructure requirements, and the obvious benefits of faster processes and lower purchase prices make this integration an attractive solution for all market participants looking to optimize their business.
Launch of Pharma product
JSC "Center for the Development of Electronic Trading" (CRET) on September 24, 2025 announced the launch of the product - "Pharmika" - a single technological solution for automating purchases in the pharmaceutical and medical fields. The launch of Pharmiki is a response to the key challenges of the pharmaceutical industry: an increase in the cost of medicines, the need to increase the transparency of purchases and the need of pharmacy chains for tools to reduce costs and accelerate processes.
The Pharmika platform will develop as an umbrella brand that unites complementary products for all participants in the pharmaceutical market - from private pharmacies to large medical centers. The goal of the project is to form a new procurement standard in the industry, increase transparency of processes and ensure equal access to effective digital tools in the regions of Russia.
In many markets, digital competitive purchasing has long been the standard. But for pharmaceuticals, this is a new solution: instead of outdated systems of consolidated price lists that require manual work, Farmika offers an automated process for obtaining the best offers from suppliers. Under the Pharmika brand, the following will unite:
- The Pharmika platform is a specialized platform for competitive purchases of pharmacy chains. The platform allows us to achieve an additional reduction in the purchase price due to competition between suppliers of medicines and medical devices, as well as another range of pharmacy chains.
- Intelligent catalog binding service is a tool based on AI that allows you to synchronize and match catalogs of various market participants - pharmacy chains, medical institutions, distributors and suppliers, which ensures uniformity data and increases the efficiency of interaction between all parties.
- The industry catalog "Pharmika" is a specialized electronic catalog that includes a complete and up-to-date nomenclature of medicines, medical devices, dietary supplements, cosmetics, consumables for medicine, as well as goods for veterinary medicine and optics allowed for circulation in the Russian Federation.
Thus, Pharmika is a platform that covers several needs of pharmaceutical market participants at once: from transparent trading and accelerated processing of applications to receiving up-to-date nomenclature and statistics.
| For the market, this means hundreds of millions of rubles in savings and a direct impact on the availability of drugs for end users, emphasizes Dmitry Sytin. |
As of September 2025, among Pharmiki's customers there are state and commercial chains that unite more than 2000 pharmacies. Geography continues to expand.
The Pharmika platform allows you to hold an unlimited number of trading sessions per day, processing trading results 4 times faster; significantly increases the efficiency of procurement processes due to modules: intelligent binding service, invoice verification service and documentation generation service; provides additional functions in the form of reporting and market data analytics.
