"Center for the Development of Electronic Trading" - developer and operator of the electronic platform Torgi223, integrator of electronic trading systems since 2006.

2026: Confirmation of the status of the official electronic trading operator in the Perm Territory

According to the results of the annual selection, ETP Torgi223 (JSC CRET) is included in the list of official operators of electronic platforms admitted to work in the Regional Information System "Procurement of the Perm Territory" (FIG "Procurement of PC") for 2026. The decision was made on January 27, 2026 by the Commission for the Determination of Electronic Platform Operators based on the results of consideration of applications in Perm. Torgi223 announced this on February 5, 2026.

The selection of operators to work in RIS "PC Procurement" is carried out annually and involves a comprehensive assessment of electronic platforms for a number of key parameters, including technological stability, functionality, information security level, customer and technical support quality, as well as readiness to ensure uninterrupted operation of procurement procedures in the interests of regional customers and business.

Following the consideration of applications, ETP Torgi223 confirmed compliance with the established requirements and received the right to continue working in the regional procurement system. Thus, the site for the third year in a row retains the status of the official operator of electronic trading in the Perm Territory.

Dmitry Chukin, General Director of ETP Torgi223, noted that the selection confirms the strategic focus of the site on the development of digital procurement:

Annual selection is, in fact, an audit of the maturity of the platform and its ability to work in conditions of high load and increased requirements from regional customers. It is important for us that Torgi223 has reiterated its compliance with these requirements. We systematically invest in the development of key technological areas: automation of procurement processes, analytical tools, integration with state and corporate systems, as well as in the development of user support services. Our goal is not just to ensure trading, but to give the market a stable, transparent and technological environment for effective procurement.

According to Dmitry Chukin, in the coming years, Torgi223 plans to expand the platform's functionality in terms of analytical tools, procurement support services and digital solutions that increase the transparency and manageability of procurement procedures at the regional and federal levels.
