Biography
Emin Khamzaev was born on January 9, 1991. Graduate of the Faculty of Public Administration of Moscow State University. M.V. Lomonosov and the International Law Faculty of MGIMO. For five years, he held a senior position at the Federal Agency for State Property Management. Since 2021, he has been a member of the Board of Directors of STREAM Television Company, as well as the General Director of MEDIA TELECOM CENTER JSC.
2025: CEO of Strema
On September 23, 2025, Emin Khamzaev was appointed General Director of STREAM Television Company. The decision is related to strategic changes in the structure of the company and is aimed at strengthening its position in the media market. The company announced this on October 2, 2025.
