2025: Implementation of KORP 1S:TOIR

The EAM 1S:TOIR KORP EAM system from Desnol is used by two branches of BET JSC, in Engels and Vyazma. Desnol announced this on October 7, 2025. You have configured the integration of the asset management system with the 1C:ERP. A project is underway to integrate the BCC 1S:TOIR with the 1S:ZUP and MasterSCADA for APCS. The plans by the end of the year are to complete the circulation of the solution at eight more production sites.

The company uses expensive equipment, the downtime of which directly affects the implementation of production plans and, accordingly, the timely delivery of products. Therefore, the main goal of the project of automation of maintenance and repair (MR) of equipment in BET JSC was the creation of a unified database for all production assets and subsequent high-quality planning of repair work, labor costs and spare materials.

Before the start of cooperation with Desnol, the Russian center for practical expertise on digital transformation of MR, BET JSC did not have a unified history of servicing production assets, information on its characteristics, passport data, condition and standards. The company required not only transparency and control of business processes, but also the formation of uniform service standards in all branches for planning repair activities, accounting for labor costs and inventory.

At the start of the project to automate asset management processes using the KORP 1S:TOIR (lasted only six months from July to December 2024), Desnol's developer and integrator team conducted a comprehensive audit of business processes and formed the basis for the subsequent independent circulation of the solution by BET. Prepared data for loading the necessary information into the KORP 1S:TOIR, conducted training for dispatchers, setting up and integrating the EAM system with 1C:ERP Enterprise Management. At the stage of pilot operation, he helped to consolidate the knowledge of the company's employees when working with the product in real production conditions.

As a result of the project, about 30 workplaces were automated, a single equipment base was created, which includes over 4.2 thousand repair facilities and about 30 thousand nomenclature items. With the help of "1S:TOIR Management of Repair and Maintenance of KORP Equipment," WEP schedules are drawn up and a plan of actual analysis of labor and material costs is maintained. By integrating the EAM solution with the 1C:ERP, the logistics process is automated, and for payroll, exchange with the 1C: Payroll and HR Management software product is configured, where labor data will be automatically transferred.

By the end of 2025, the company plans to complete circulation in all ten branches and integrate KORP 1S:TOIR with MasterSCADA for APCS, in the long term - to develop its own mobile application and implement solutions from Desnol "1C:RCM Reliability Management" and predictive analytics service to prevent anomalies in the operation of equipment and failures.

With the help of 1S:TOIR, we will come to a reduction in the cost of equipment maintenance due to the systematic formation of WEP schedules, preventive work and a decrease in the number of emergency repairs. At the previous place of work - it was a large paint and varnish plant with a number of repair facilities of 42 thousand - 1S:TOIR was also introduced with my direct participation. After several years of work in the system and competent automation of business processes at the very beginning, the unified repair fund for eliminating equipment malfunctions decreased by a little more than 5%, which is equivalent to saving several tens of millions of rubles, - said Daniil Toropov, project manager of the 1S:TOIR at BET JSC.
