2019: Key activities
The main activities of BET JSC as of January 2019 were production and sale of:
- reinforced concrete sleepers Sh1, sleepers Sh3, Sh3-D, sleepers APC, Sh5-DF (Fosslo)
- sets of reinforced concrete bars of turnouts
- bridge ballast-free slabs (BMP slabs)
- civil reinforced concrete products and commercial concrete
- rail fastening elements: embedded bolt with nut, terminal bolt with nut, LRB terminals, LRB brackets
2017: Sale by Russian Railways of a 24.999984% stake in BethElTrans OJSC
JSC "Russian Railways" sold 24.999984% of shares of sleeper manufacturer BethElTrans JSC (BET JSC), reducing its share in its authorized capital from 50.00003% to 25.000046%. This was reported by Russian Railways on the website of the Corporate Information Disclosure Center in mid-July 2017.[1]
2014: Sale by Russian Railways of 50% minus two shares of BethElTrans OJSC
In July 2014 JSCO RUSSIAN RAILWAYS , the results of the competition for the sale of 50% minus two shares of Concrete Elements transport OJSC (BethElTrans OJSC) were summed up, as a result T-Industry CJSC became the winner, according to the materials of the bank, VTB 24 which is the organizer of the auction. [] [2]
2011: Owner
As of the end of October 2011, Russian Railways owned a 100% stake in BET OJSC (BethElTrans OJSC).[3]
