The Wi-Fi 6 module developed by Ricore received an opinion from the Ministry of Industry and Trade of Russia confirming its production in the country. The developer announced this on October 7, 2025. The module offers high data transfer speed, uninterrupted operation in conditions of high density of devices, improved energy efficiency and increased level of security.

The Wi-Fi 6 module (registered name: WiFi/BT M.2 V6E Rikor NDBA.469535.002 module) allows Ricore partners and customers to release devices with Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.4 support without having to invest in developing their own radio modules. After receiving the conclusion, its use brings 30 additional points when entering products into the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade. This indicator is comparable to points for the use of domestic RAM, the cost of which is about twice as high as the Wi-Fi module. Thus, the integration of the solution from Ricore allows customers to enter tenders with products that meet the requirements of localization, and at the same time gain a price advantage over competitors.

The module provides high-speed connection thanks to support for the Wi-Fi 6E (802.11ax) standard. It operates in the 2.4, 5 and 6 GHz bands at speeds up to 2402 Mbps, which allows you to use a clean radio channel without interference from outdated devices. Support for wide 160 MHz channels and MU-MIMO and OFDMA technologies ensures the stable operation of many connected customers, which is important for offices, smart homes and public spaces.

In addition to Wi-Fi, the module is equipped with a Bluetooth 5.4 wireless communication system. It has low power consumption and supports features including LE Audio and Isochronous Channels. Their key advantages are high sound quality and synchronization for headphones and speakers. Up to seven classic and sixteen BLE devices can be connected at the same time, and the intelligent control system prevents interference between Wi-Fi and Bluetooth while working.

Particular attention is paid to issues of reliability and safety. The module supports WPA3 Personal and Enterprise security protocols to protect corporate and personal networks. It also complies with international IEEE standards, which guarantees its compatibility and stable operation in various markets.

The compact size of the device - only 22×30×2.3 mm - allows you to integrate it into products of any form factor: from laptops and Smart TVs to industrial IoT systems. Connection via standard PCIe 2.1 interfaces for Wi-Fi and USB for Bluetooth provides ease of implementation and speeds up the start of mass production.
