Biography

A career in the financial and IT spheres began in 1997. In positions in Transinvestbank and Gazenergoprombank banks, he oversaw the creation of key processing and payment infrastructures, including a large-scale network for collecting utility bills and a corporate EDO system, which reduced the timing of transactions based on the results of trading from two months to three days. Later, at Swedbank, he led the construction of a corporate data center and developed remote service channels and IT infrastructure.

For more than 14 years, Fedor managed the integrator Radian Quality Solutions, where contactless payments were introduced under his leadership, as well as international projects were implemented in the interests of Visa, MasterCard and Auchan. In his post at Togliattikhimbank, he completed the migration to a new automated banking system and launched more than 40 regulatory and infrastructure projects, laying the foundations for project management in the company.

2025: Development Director of Interleasing

Fedor Gerasimenko-Karpenko took the position of director of the development and digital transformation block of Interleasing Group of Companies. In this position, he focused on strategic business development, scaling digital products, as well as optimizing technological and business processes. The company announced this on October 15, 2025.
