Since March 1, 2011 the decision all commercial editions NauDoc is made to integrate in one, NauDoc Enterprise, having made more flexible license policy on this product. It will allow the enterprises of different scale to use advantages of the new NauDoc Enterprise v5 platform as much as possible.

NauDoc Enterprise represents the flexible automation system of internal document flow of the organization. Is ideal for automation of work of office, conducting internal document flow and control of performing discipline at the enterprise. For simplicity of implementation a system is already configured for the solution of standard problems of workflow automation according to the Russian regulations of office-work.

The packet of optimization of performance allows to ensure comfortable functioning with the system of 200-250 users.

Systems capabilities

Open source code

The NauDoc platform is delivered open source (except for commercial components). The open code allows users to finish if necessary a system and the interface under the needs. The openness of the platform demonstrates lack of the hidden functionality and guarantees confidentiality of data.

Free distance learning

The open portal of distance learning on NauDoc electronic document management system, with interactive lessons and the system of certification, allows to train personnel in work with a system without additional costs.

Support of WORKFLOW

The technology of routing of documents NauDoc allows to organize difficult business processing of documents and to strictly regulate work with all document types in the organization.

Support of version control of documents

The mechanism of storage of document revisions NauDoc allows to organize difficult processes of preparation and approval of documents, saving the complete change history with a possibility of comparison of versions and separations of access rights between document revisions.

System of differentiation of access rights

The technology of differentiation of access rights for roles allows not only to define access rights of each user (groups, department, a position) to these or those directories of a system, but also to differentiate access rights to the document depending on its status.

Work with e-mail

The electronic document management system of NauDoc includes the built-in e-mail client allowing to accept e-mails in a system with a possibility of their further routing.

Mechanism of approval of documents and work with tasks

Support of the mechanism of problem definition within documents and control of execution allows to organize collective work on preparation, approval, informing and the signature of documents in NauDoc.

Full web interface

The system interface (both user, and administrative) is completely implemented on web technologies with support of the Mozilla Forefox and Internet Explorer browsers, with support of a secure channel of SSL, does not require installation of additional applications on workstations, and allows users of a system to be mobile.

Platform independence

At the heart of NauDoc only cross-platform components (the application server, DBMS) which are freely extended according to the license GPL. It allows to use the majority of modern operating systems as the server and workstations and does not require additional runtime royalty fees on the license of the platform and components (DBMS, OS, etc.).

Magazines of registration

The module allows to keep magazines of document registration with a possibility of setup of templates of registration numbers, to organize document retrieval according to magazines.

Reference books

The module allows to organize storage of the same data in reference books, with a possibility of use of values of reference books in a card of documents (for example, reference books by partners, goods and services, etc.).

Organizational structure

The module allows to describe organizational structure of the enterprise, with integration into the system interface. It will allow to appoint tasks and to configure access rights for elements of the reference book of organizational structure, without knowing the employee's Full Name.

Module "Reports"

The module allows the head of the organization to obtain summary information on loading of employees, to the volume of the performed work and to control discipline of execution of tasks.

"Office-work automation" configuration

The configuration represents a set of the preconfigured and documentary standard business processing of documents that allows at once to begin to work with a system and simplifies implementation.

Module "Management of the Regulating Documentation"

The module is a set of the business processes integrated into the interface for work with the normative legal documentation according to approaches of ISO9001:2000 standard

NauDoc 5.3.1

  • The feature to hide rekvizitny fields of the document is added.
  • The feature to edit a field like "dynamic list of users" in transition time is added.
  • The feature to specify the deputy if the reference book of organizational structure is not used is added. The deputy is for a while still specified, to him all tasks will be readdressed.
  • The appearance of a form of personal settings of the user is changed. The query design form is changed to approval, now the standard form of creations of tasks is used there. Changes also are also made to some other forms.
  • The problem with editing investments in the external editor, in case of the investments which are taken out in the file system is fixed.
  • The error arising in attempt to complete a "resolution" task is corrected.
  • The cause of mass emergence of the conflicts of a type is removed: "... INFO ZPublisher.Conflict ConflictError at/docs/storage/...: database conflict error (oid..., class Persistence.mapping.PersistentMapping)"
  • The error arising in attempt to change rekvizitny fields of the document if among them there is a type field "derivative" (MySQL) is corrected.
  • The error "NotFound" arising in attempt to create the filter in the folder by means of an upper drop-down menu of actions is corrected.
    • Attention. Updating to version 5.3.1 at the connected MySQL means refilling of the directory and can occupy a progressive tense.

Interface

Adaptation of the interface under tablets

Imposition of the interface is strongly processed (though visually changes rather not much.) - the majority of controls are remade using jQuery libraries that except pleasant appearance of buttons added compatibility with different versions of browsers, including tablet Safari and Chrome. It became more convenient to work on the tablet, interfes began to work under iOS 6.

Stylesheets are brought together now that will allow to edit execution of the interface easily. The interface of a window of the choice of elements of the reference book and the link to documents is changed. Now it looks more readably and search is added.

Graphic reports

The mechanism of graphic reports in the system interface which will allow to receive statistics on document flow in more friendly type is developed. So far only reports on tasks on the home page of users in a schedule type are submitted, but the built-in designer will allow to draw diagrams for any other reports, including specially developed for a specific objective.

The configured home page of the user

Opportunities for setup of the home page of the user are expanded, blocks are loaded dynamically using Ajax libraries, the page is loaded quicker.

It is possible to bring only necessary blocks, diagrams to the home page. Everything that superfluous - can be hidden in personal settings of the user.

An opportunity to configure tabs and appearance of documents

The mechanism of setup of categories of documents is considerably finished. The main innovation - an opportunity to configure the interface of display of the document for each category.

Now it is possible to hide excess system tabs, to create own, and also to configure any type of a card of the document.

It is possible to use the workflow mechanism of an electronic document management system NauDoc not only for automation of work with the document, but also for automation of any business processes which it is possible to present the sequences of stages and actions in the form.

Calendar type of tasks

Users will be able to browse tasks both in a tabular style, and in the form of the calendar now.

The calendar type of the list of tasks is provided as one of options of display of tasks of the user - in the form of the table, in a type a tree and in the form of the calendar visually to see loading on days.

Integration

The EDS under UNIX

The module EDS can be used both on Windows, and on UNIX-SYSTEMS now. It is possible to sign documents in EDMS NauDoc now and in the Linux operating system that was impossible in the former version of the module because of a tough binding to Windows Crypto API. At the same time there was an opportunity to use for storage of the signature of the eToken device.

The integration module with the vernal systems

There was a new module of data exchange in external systems in the XML format. Now it is possible to exchange easily data with other corporate information systems, for example, to synchronize reference books with 1C. It is also possible to unload data from NauDoc in the XML format for import to other systems.

The module is universal as it allows to configure compliance of fields of the XML file that in the majority a case will allow to integrate NauDoc with other corporate systems without completion.

Support of the mobile client

The special module allowing to process requests of the external application without use of the system interface is developed for support of mobile application of NauDoc mobile. At present the feature set is minimum for work of the mobile client. But the mechanism is universal and will allow to perform using this module operations in EDMS and from other systems. So it can be used besides for integration with other corporate systems, or to create the simplified user interfaces.

In the 6th version it is possible to work with tasks both from the stationary PC, and from the mobile phone and the tablet.

The interface of setup of integration with LDAP is finished

The interface of setup of integration of a system with service LDAP is executed now in the form of the master of connection who breaks setup for several simple stages. At the same time at each stage a system checks correctness of import of data.

2013: NauDoc Enterprise 6.1

Integration with e-document flow the Diadoc

In the new version of the solution NauDoc Enterprise 6.1 integration with e-document flow provider the Diadoc which allows to organize legally significant paperless document flow between the organizations is implemented. The release of the new version of the solution was announced by the press service of developer company on June 25, 2013.

The Diadoc acts as service of storage and signature of legally significant electronic documents. NauDoc is the automation system of internal processes of document handling at the enterprise.

The module of integration includes a possibility of a binding of the document NauDoc to the electronic document in a repository the Diadoc. It allows to register in EDMS as the paper documents coming to the organization, and electronic documents the Diadoc.
