2025: New product from Effective Technologies simplifies procurement at Fabricant ETP

About the project

Effective Technologies has developed and implemented a new digital service "Market" for the federal electronic trading platform "Fabricant." The main goal of the project was to create a flexible and modern B2B platform that would allow procurement participants to quickly find and conclude transactions without the need for lengthy tender procedures.

The service is focused on small purchases, regular business orders and increasing the transparency of commercial interaction between suppliers and customers.

Tasks to be solved

1. Simplify the purchasing and sales process without tenders.
2. Automate publishing and updating the vendor assortment.
3. Increase engagement and interoperability between businesses.
4. Expand the capabilities of ETP "Fabricant."

Works performed

Effective Technologies specialists have completed a full cycle of work on the creation of the system:

1. Analyze the business processes of the customer and users.
2. Design the architecture and UX of the new platform.
3. Develop backend and frontend modules, integrate with the database of users and ETP organizations.
4. Implement the loading of price lists (YML, Excel), filtering quotations, chat, storefront and personal account.
5. Connect the automatic sourcing logic.
6. Ensure platform scalability and security.

Project results

1. The platform was successfully launched in the spring of 2025.
2. A significant number of transactions per month are already made within the framework of the new service.
3. The new service has become a driver of commercial ETP traffic and complements the classic procurement model.
