About the project

Bid Preparation System is a corporate solution designed to automate the processes of participation in procurement procedures. The project was implemented by order of DOCA iT on the low-code platform Eftech.Factory. The system covers the full cycle of the tender process - from tender analysis to bid submission and completion of participation.

Tasks to be solved

• Centrally maintained tender base by stage
• Ensuring convenient interaction between employees of the organization
• Automate the allocation of roles and access rights
• Monitor user actions through the event log
• Notify bidders of important events
• Consideration of reasons for refusal to participate in tenders
• Increase the transparency of the bid preparation process
• Reduce operational process costs and speed

Works performed

• The design phase has been completed, including the creation of an interactive prototype in Axure with key scenarios and the development of complete design documentation
• The System is implemented on the Eftech.Factory platform.
• Test and demonstrate the solution to the customer

Project results

After implementation of the System, DOCA iT achieved the following results:

1. Simplified interaction between bidders
2. Reduced the number of errors
3. Improved handling and transparency of procedures
4. A single point of access to tender information has been formed
5. You have recorded a complete history of actions and changes through the event log.

Plans

1. Expansion of the functionality of the electronic trading platform for the sale of own products
2. Integration with internal systems.
3. Support and development of the system to maximize the use of all automation capabilities.
