2025: Opening of the complex

In Sevastopol, a new aquatermal complex "Terma Nautico" worth ₽1,5 billion was launched. An object with an area of ​ ​ 4 thousand square meters. m can simultaneously receive about 2 thousand visitors. This was reported by the press service of the government of Sevastopol on October 19, 2025.

The complex is located next to the sports and recreation complex named after the 200th anniversary of Sevastopol. At this place there was previously an abandoned sports facility, which could not be completed due to non-compliance with Russian standards.

The Governor of Sevastopol Mikhail Razvozhaev visited the facility before receiving the first visitors. According to him, the creation of a family aquatermal complex meets the policy of the state to maximize the creation of conditions for families with children. Mikhail Razvozhaev noted that the facility meets all safety requirements and modern approaches to such structures.

The network of thermal complexes "Terma Nautico" operates in several cities of Russia, Sevastopol has become the tenth in a row. The construction project was developed individually for the city. By decision of the Architectural and Art Council, the object is made in an ancient style.

The infrastructure of the complex includes the following zones:

• spacious aquazone with pools and jacuzzi;
• 15 themed baths and saunas;
• children's aquazone with an inflatable water park;
• SPA center and furako barrel;
• changing rooms and showers;
• two large food court areas with a variety of menus.

The complex provides for a flexible system of discounts for various categories of citizens. Children from 0 to 3 years old will be able to relax for free. Participants in the special military operation receive a free three-hour visit on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Family members of the participants of the WCS are given a 50% discount without restrictions on the days of the week and the duration of the visit.^[1]
