MTS Exolve has implemented a voice message synthesis and sending service for ITECO. MTS Exolve announced this on October 23, 2025.

The solution allows you to use automated voice messages to notify drivers about changes in applications: transferring the load time, changing the delivery address, changing the route and others.

The service covers more than 7,000 drivers across the country, ensuring uninterrupted delivery of the necessary information and increasing the efficiency of communication with drivers.

MTS Exolve specialists studied the client's tasks and created an individual solution that, upon API request from the client, automatically synthesizes the text of the message using text-to-speech conversion technology, after which a call is made to the driver's number with information voiced. In addition, the ability to switch to the operator is implemented: if the driver needs clarification or feedback, he can contact the dispatcher right during the call without interrupting the session.

The introduction of voice information allowed ITECO to improve the efficiency of logistics processes, improved interaction with drivers and reduced the burden on dispatchers.
