2025: Using Digital Q.Palette
WINGS Solutions has updated the personal account of the notification server using the low-code Digital Q.Palette platform from Diasoft. This version of the personal account simplifies the implementation and use of all communication channels for Diasoft customers, providing seamless integration and the ability to independently refine the interface and interaction scenarios. Diasoft announced this on October 30, 2025.
The use of Digital Q.Palette made it possible to implement a personal account interface with ready-made authorization and navigation elements, focusing on drawing forms and the business logic necessary to work with notifications. The Digital Q.Palette platform made it possible to solve basic problems, providing flexibility and speed of configuration, as well as compliance of interfaces with customer brands. This simplified the adaptation of the system for various scenarios and accelerated the implementation of Diasoft customers.
WINGS notification server is an industrial omnichannel platform for sending messages via SMS, Push, Web Push channels, calls, Email, USSD, instant messengers and social networks. The solution integrates directly with the customer's internal systems and external services, excluding intermediaries in the delivery chain.
The product is fully developed in Russia and is included in the register of domestic software. It is installed in the customer's infrastructure, meets security requirements and excludes cross-border data transfer - which is especially important for digital ruble projects.
The system reduces mailing costs by cascading: notifications are first sent on a free Push channel with a delivery rate of more than 95%, and if not delivered, they automatically go to other channels. This allows organizations to save tens of millions of rubles a year.
In addition to standard Push notifications through foreign services, Push direct delivery technology has been implemented.
Since October 2025, the requirements of the Bank of Russia No. 851-P, including the mandatory IMSI check, have entered into force - the corresponding functionality is also available in the WINGS platform.
| For us, the priority was not to create a new system, but to adapt the personal account of the notification server to the requirements of the Digital Q.Palette platform. This made it possible to simplify integration for Diasoft clients, maintain seamless interaction and ensure the possibility of further independent development of the interface. The use of Digital Q.Palette's off-the-shelf tools has helped focus on business logic and custom scenarios while maintaining a high level of ergonomics and product quality. Thanks to this, the WINGS notification server has become an even more universal solution for banks, the public sector, retail and telecom, "said Igor Starkov, CEO of WINGS Solutions. |
| We appreciate our cooperation with WINGS, whose solution complemented the capabilities of our Digital Q.Palette platform. Integration made it possible to create a single space for working with notifications and made it easier for Diasoft customers to introduce omnichannel communication into existing business processes, "said Alexander Sakharov, Director of Partner Relations at Diasoft. |
