2025: Nationalization

As TAdviser found out in early November 2025, the Central District Court of Chelyabinsk satisfied the claim of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Russian Federation to recover from the former owners of Makfa in favor of the state a 100% stake in the authorized capital of Mishkinsky Product LLC.

The decision was made as part of the case on the nationalization of Makfa assets, the beneficiaries of which were the former governor of the Chelyabinsk region Mikhail Yurevich and ex-State Duma deputy Vadim Belousov. The lawsuit alleged that the company is of "corrupt origin" because its owners engaged in business while holding authorities posts. In May 2024, the Central Court of Chelyabinsk, at the request of the Prosecutor General's Office, turned Makfu and affiliated enterprises into state revenue. And later the Mishkinsky Product company, which belongs to Macfa JSC, was nationalized.

According to the Saby service, since February 7, 2025, the owner of the Mishkinsky product is the Federal Property Management Agency. The managing organization is RSHB-Finance LLC. The size of the authorized capital is 10 thousand rubles. The main activity declared the production of products from meat of slaughtered animals and poultry meat.

The Mishkinsky Product website says that the company produces frozen semi-finished products under the same brand name, as well as under the Dumpling Soul brand. The production of dumplings and other products is located in the Kurgan region in the village of Mishkino. In production, it is claimed that only natural products from chilled meat without artificial additives and GMOs are used. The company's assortment includes cutlets, meatballs, cabbage rolls, meatballs, round rissoles, roasting sausages, stews and other meat products. Semi-finished products are sold through branded outlets.^[1]
