Marateks (Intalev: Corporate finances)

In Marateks group, the professional operator of retail market of fashionable clothes, implementation of the automated control system for finance on the platform "Intalev is complete: Corporate finances". The project started with functional area Budget planning. An opportunity to receive in a system different planned budgets on all group became result of this block. The necessary packet of the regulatory documents reflecting methodology of budgeting and management accounting according to which setup of the software product was made was developed. Then the module "Payment calendar" was implemented.

Operational obtaining the actual data meeting the requirements of the developed managerial account policy for all divisions of the company became the purpose of the "Management Accounting and Reporting" block; more operational, in comparison with accounting, obtaining the actual reports; carrying out plan-fact contrastive analysis in a system. The project was implemented in four months.
