Nord Clan has launched a solution for marking "Honest Sign" in production. The company announced this on November 5, 2025.

The platform includes machine vision and automatic code rejection, implements the marking process by key stages - from obtaining codes to putting products into circulation and works in the flow of the production line.

The platform provides a complex of marking at production: ordering and printing codes, checking the application, automatic rejection of invalid codes, aggregation and transfer of data to the state system. The status of the integrator confirms compliance with the requirements of the marking operator.

The key technological element is the machine vision system, which recognizes codes, monitors the quality of application and works in the production stream. The ability to reject products with an invalid code protects the manufacturer from the risk of returning the entire batch to the trading network, which reduces losses and increases the stability of supplies.

The innovation of the solution lies in the combination of cloud architecture, machine vision and automatic rejection. The cloud model provides centralized management of marking, equipment and putting codes into circulation, which increases scalability and reduces the share of manual operations. The platform is built into production lines and supports seamless work with conveyor equipment.
