Meskh Besarion Chokhoyevich

Meskh Besarion Chokhoyevich was born on August 10, 1959.

In 1979 arrived on preparatory department Rostov - on - Don of institute of agricultural mechanical engineering, in 1980 arrived and in 1985 graduated from this university majoring in "Automation of agricultural production".

On the termination of university from 1985 to 1990 worked as the engineer in research laboratory of Automation of Agricultural Production department, since 1990 – the assistant, since 1999 – the senior teacher and since 2001 the associate professor "Machines and devices of food productions".

From June, 1990 to June, 2007 – the vice rector for administrative work and capital construction of DGTU. Under its management economic services provided at the good modern level of a condition for educational process and scientific research, constantly developed the social sphere of the university.

On May 17, 2007 in the Don state technical university on an alternative basis there took place elections of the rector. The conference of labor collective – 84.3% – elected the vast majority of voices to the rector's position the Dr.Sci.Tech., professors Meskhi of B.Ch.

On June 5, 2007 Meskhi Besarion Chokhoyevich is confirmed by the order of the Federal agency by training No. 18-02/117-1 to the post of the rector of the Don state technical university.

Meskhi B.Ch. conducts active scientific and pedagogical work.

In 1999 defended the master's thesis in the specialty 05.26.01 – Labor protection (technical science) and in 2004 – the doctoral dissertation on the same specialty. Published over 60 printing works, including one monograph and two manuals with a signature stamp of UMO.

Continuing pedagogical activity, in 2003 received an academic status of the associate professor, and in 2006 – professors.

Trains research and educational personnel, under its management master's theses are executed and defended. B.Ch. Meskhi is the chairman of the specialized academic council on protection of theses D 212.058.06.

Meskhi B.Ch. is awarded with a medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the II degree (2000), the breastplate "The honorary worker of higher education of the Russian Federation" for merits in the field of education (2003) and a medal of the Order "For Merit to the Fatherland" of the I degree (2006). In 1999 and 2004 for special merits before city community and the big contribution to social and economic development of the city is awarded with the certificate of honor Rostov - on - Don of City Council and administration of Rostov-on-Don, the diploma "Gold support" of RAO UES of Russia and JSC Energosbyt of Rostovenergo, in 2005 "Honourable Builder of Don" was entitled. In 2006 it is awarded with an anniversary medal of FITUR "100 years to labor unions of Russia". The winner of an award of the Government of the Russian Federation of 2009 in the field of education.
